Public Policy

Public policy is what drives the formation of actions, decisions, programs, plans, laws and regulations carried out by government with input from industry and private citizens. NADC believes it is essential that public policy be established which recognizes and advances the importance of aerospace. Public policy should define the appropriate role of government (Federal, State and local), private industry, and the non-profit sectors when it comes to space activities. Insuring that public policy accurately reflects the will of the public as it relates to aerospace, and the future development of space, is a cornerstone of NADC’s efforts.
